Our Team
Davis Carmack
Co-FounderDavis is a licensed Occupational Therapist with advanced training in Floortime Therapy, motor planning, and sensory integration. She is passionate about helping children build meaningful connections, develop confidence, and strengthen the skills needed for everyday life through child-led, relationship-based intervention.
Drawing from the principles of Floortime and trauma-informed practice, Davis creates individualized therapy experiences that support each child's unique developmental profile. She works closely with families to understand their child's strengths, challenges, and interests, using play and purposeful engagement to promote regulation, communication, social-emotional growth, and participation in daily activities.
Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Davis believes that strong relationships are the foundation for learning and development. She is committed to partnering with families to help children thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.
Co-FounderMegan Tucker
Megan is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who specializes in Floortime Therapy, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She is dedicated to helping children develop meaningful communication through strong relationships, play-based learning, and individualized support that honors each child's unique way of connecting with the world.
Using a neurodiversity-affirming and child-led approach, Megan supports children in building communication skills through shared engagement, meaningful interactions, and authentic opportunities for connection. She has specialized training in working with gestalt language processors and understands the unique developmental pathways children may take as they acquire language. She also provides targeted intervention for children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech, helping them develop motor planning skills that support clearer and more effective communication.
Megan believes that communication is about more than words—it's about connection, self-expression, and participation in everyday life. She partners closely with families to celebrate strengths, foster confidence, and help children communicate in ways that are meaningful to them.
